These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 9piso (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 9piso platform available at https://9piso.vip, including all associated games, services, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform" or "9piso").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 9piso, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

9piso is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activity on the 9piso Platform is conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or exclude obligations imposed by PAGCOR regulations.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
The 9piso Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
21+ Only. 9piso strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits refunded at the Operator's discretion in compliance with PAGCOR directives.
The 9piso Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in the Republic of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you confirm that your use complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing or using 9piso is legal under the laws of your place of residence.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on 9piso:
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 9piso Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 9piso reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated winnings, and retain Real Money Funds pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 9piso will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 9piso immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Your 9piso Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your Account, Account Balance, or any entitlements arising thereunder to any third party.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 9piso is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of the following:
9piso reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Until KYC verification is successfully completed, 9piso may restrict or suspend withdrawal functionality on your Account. Deposits and gameplay may proceed while verification is pending, subject to applicable limits.
We recommend completing KYC verification immediately after registration — not after your first win — to avoid any delays in processing your withdrawals.
9piso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and QR Ph. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 9piso's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount on 9piso is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account Balance. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status, KYC verification level, and responsible gaming limits you have set.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 9piso on a continuous basis. Under normal operating conditions, GCash and Maya withdrawals complete within five (5) minutes of request approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. 9piso does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, over which 9piso has no control.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a 9piso deposit is a breach of this Agreement. 9piso reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, void all winnings, and pursue recovery of any chargeback amount through all available legal remedies upon receipt of a chargeback notification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers made available on the 9piso Platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to the general terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only and must be completed within the stated validity period.
9piso reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using automated systems or bots to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
9piso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, to the extent practicable.
All games on the 9piso Platform that involve an element of chance utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for statistical randomness and fairness by recognized third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is independently determined and cannot be influenced by 9piso or any Player.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game outcome, 9piso reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant wager amount to the Player's Account Balance. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be payable in respect of a voided round. The decision of 9piso in such matters is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, Player tier, and any applicable responsible gaming limits set on your Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9piso Platform:
9piso reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, void all associated winnings, and report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9piso's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9piso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9piso does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights in and to the 9piso Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, visual design, text, and data compilations, are and remain the exclusive property of 9piso or its licensors. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or adapted without the prior written consent of 9piso.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of 9piso's intellectual property will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account termination and legal action.
9piso processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9piso will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR, payment processing partners, KYC verification service providers, and law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
9piso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 9piso arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
9piso's records and logs shall constitute prima facie evidence of all transactions and game outcomes in any dispute proceeding, unless demonstrably shown to be inaccurate.
